Biodata: Meng Zhang is a
professor and doctoral supervisor at Xi'an Jiaotong
University, a young Changjiang Scholar from the Ministry of
Education, a class A Young Top Talent at Xi'an Jiaotong
University, and a young scholar named Wang Kuancheng from
Xi'an Jiaotong University. Meng Zhang graduated with a Ph.D.
from the School of Control Science and Engineering, Zhejiang
University. Meng Zhang has received honors such as the First
Prize for Excellent Achievements in Science and Technology
Research at Shaanxi Higher Education Institutions, the First
Prize for Natural Science at the Chinese Association of
Automation, the Outstanding Youth Award for Artificial
Intelligence of Wu Wenjun, the Nomination Award for
Excellent Doctoral Dissertation at the Chinese Association
of Automation, the IEEE ICPS Best Paper Award, the IEEE
SmartGridComm Workshop Best Paper Award, the ICICIC Best
Paper Award, and the ICGNC Best Paper Nomination Award. Meng
Zhang has published more than 40 papers in journals such as
Automatica, IEEE TAC Long Paper, IEEE TIFS, IEEE TC, IEEE
TASE, IEEE TSG, IEEE CDC, etc. Among them, 5 papers were
selected as highly cited ESI papers. Meng Zhang Serves as
the deputy editor of IEEE Transactions on Automation Science
and Engineering and the chairman of IEEE IESONCON and other
conference industrial forums, guiding students to win the
first prize in the 6th China Graduate Smart City Technology
and Creative Design Competition as a mentor. Meng Zhang’s
research directions include cyber-physical systems,
intelligent grid optimization control and security,
nonlinear system control, mobile robots, etc.

Biodata: Jianchen Hu is an
associate professor with the School of Automation Science
and Engineeing, School of Future Science and Technology, and
the National Innovation Platform (Center) for
Industry-Education Integration of Energy Storage Technology,
Xi'an Jiaotong University, and is also a researcher with the
Sichuan Digital Economy Industry Development Research
Institute. He is in charge of the National Natural Science
Foundation of China Youth Project, Military Industry
Project, and Huawei Technologies Co., Ltd. Project, and
participated in major projects of the National Natural
Science Foundation of China, key R&D projects of the
Ministry of Science and Technology, military projects, and
State Grid projects. He has published more than 40 SCI and
EI papers (including 20 papers in top academic journals such
as IEEE Trans. and Automatica). He has won the second prize
of natural science of the 2020 Chinese Society of
Automation, and Huawei outstanding cooperation project
award. His main research interests include model predictive
control, mobile robot control, cloud resource scheduling and
building energy system. He serves as the Associate Editor of
IEEE Robotics and Automation Letters, and is an active
reviewer for multiple top academic Journals.
胡建晨副教授，任职于西安交通大学电信学部自动化学院、未来科技学院、国家储能技术产教融合创新平台（中心），兼任四川数字经济产业发展研究院特聘研究员。主持国家自然科学基金青年项目、军工项目、华为技术有限公司项目，作为技术骨干参与国家自然科学基金重大项目、科技部重点研发项目，军工项目以及国家电网项目。发表SCI及EI论文40余篇（其中包括IEEE
Trans. 和Automatica等顶级学术期刊论文20篇）。获得2020中国自动化学会自然科学二等奖，华为优秀合作项目奖。主要研究方向包括模型预测控制、移动机器人控制、云资源优化调度、建筑能源系统优化调度以及电力能源系统优化调度。担任IEEE
Robotics and Automation Letters期刊Associate

Biodata: 钟伟民，国家杰出青年科学基金项目获得者。现任华东理工大学信息科学与工程学院院长，曾任华东理工大学信息办主任。1998年毕业于浙江大学控制系工业自动化专业，2006年获浙江大学控制科学与工程专业博士学位，同年进入华东理工大学从事博士后与教学科研工作至今，2013年赴美国里海大学访问一年。主要从事工业智能技术和智能系统、流程工业智能制造基础理论方法及技术研发。承担国家自然科学基金委基础科学中心项目（PI）、杰出青年科学基金项目、重大项目课题、国家重点研发计划课题、国家863计划、国家科技支撑计划项目课题、以及20多项企业科技开发项目。申请国家发明专利60多件、登记计算机软件著作权40多件，发表论文130余篇。获国家科技进步奖二等奖1项、省部级科技奖励一等奖3项，上海市青年科技杰出贡献奖。2020年获上海市青年科技杰出贡献奖，2019年获国家杰出青年科学基金项目资助，2014年获国家优秀青年科学基金项目资助，2015年获华东理工大学青年英才校长奖，2015年获上海市人才发展资金资助。

Biodata: 杨涛，东北大学教授、博士生导师。 2012年获美国华盛顿州立大学博士学位； 2012至2014年在瑞典皇家理工学院任职博士后； 2014至2016年在美国太平洋西北国家实验室先任职博士后，后晋升为Scientist； 2016至2019年在美国北德克萨斯州大学任助理教授； 2019年入选国家青年高层次人才类项目，加入东北大学流程工业综合自动化国家重点实验室。 主要从事工业人工智能、智能优化与控制一体化、信息物理系统、分布式协同控制和优化等领域的研究工作。 主持国家自然基金重点项目、重大项目课题、国家重点研发计划课题等。 研究成果发表论文百余篇，其中IEEE汇刊和IFAC会刊论文40余篇。 2018年获美国橡树岭大学联盟Ralph E Powe青年教授奖，2022年获高等教育(研究生)国家级教学成果二等奖（4/5）、辽宁省研究生教学成果特等奖（4/5）、中国自动化学会自然科学二等奖（1/5）； 三次获国际会议最佳论文奖、最佳学生论文奖。 现任《自动化学报》副主编、《控制工程》副主编、IEEE TCST、IEEE TCNS、IEEE TNNLS等期刊编委。 担任中国自动化学会大数据专委会主任委员、中国人工智能学会工业人工智能专委会常务副秘书长、IEEE CSS、IEEE IES 和IFAC多个技术委员会委员。
Prof. Zhanbo Xu 徐占伯教授

Biodata: 徐占伯，西安交通大学电子与信息工程学院教授，博士生导师，工学博士。2015年在西安交通大学取得控制科学与工程工学博士学位。2015-2017年在美国加州大学伯克利分校担任博士后研究学者。主要研究方向包括网络化能源系统优化调度、智能电网和智能建筑等。获得西安交通大学青年拔尖人才支持计划支持。相关研究成果先后在IEEE TSG、IEEE TASE、Elsvier Energy and Buildings等国际著名期刊发表论文二十余篇，包括ESI高被引论文1篇。获2017年中国自动化学会优秀博士学位论文、2017年西安交通大学优秀博士学位论文、2015年中国自动化学会自然科学一等奖等奖励和荣誉。担任IEEE TAC、IEEE TSG、IEEE TASE、IEEE TCST等国际著名期刊审稿人；担任IEEE CASE 2017 Special Session主席，IEEE Smart Grid Comm 2016智能建筑研讨会程序委员会成员。
