
Xiangyong Chen 陈向勇

Bio: Xiangyong Chen,
IEEE/CAA Senior member, He have received the master’s and
Ph.D. degrees in control theory and control engineering from
Northeastern University, Shenyang, China, in 2008 and 2012,
respectively. From July 2014 to April 2019, he was a
Post-Doctoral Student with the Department of Mathematics,
Southeast University, Nanjing, China. From April 2016 to
December 2017, he was a Visiting Scholar with the Department
of Electrical Engineering, Yeungnam University, Gyeongsan,
South Korea. From August 2023 to July 2024, he was a
Visiting Scholar with Shandong University, Jinan, China. He
is currently a Professor with the School of Control Science
and Engineering, Dalian University of Technology, Dalian,
China, and the College of Automation and Electrical
Engineering, Linyi University, Linyi, China. His current
research interests include complex dynamic systems and
complex networks, differential game and optimal control, and
synchronization control of chaotic systems.,Dr. Chen was a
recipient of the Chang Jiang Scholars Program of China for
Young Scholars in 2025.

Bo Chen 陈博
Zhejiang University of Technology, China 浙江工业大学
Bio: Bo Chen is a
national-level young talent, doctoral supervisor, IEEE
Senior Member, and Senior Member of the Chinese Association
of Automation. He currently serves as Vice Dean of the
School of Information Engineering at Zhejiang University of
Technology. He has long been engaged in research on
networked information fusion estimation and has established
a theoretical framework and methodology for multi-sensor
distributed information fusion estimation under information
transmission uncertainty. He has led research projects
including a Joint Key Project of the National Natural
Science Foundation of China, the Zhejiang Province “Vanguard
and Leading Goose” Project, and the Zhejiang Province
Outstanding Young Scientist Award and its extension grant.
As first or corresponding author, he has published over 100
papers in prestigious international journals such as
Automatica, IEEE-TAC, IEEE-TAES, and IEEE-TC, including 23
papers in the top-tier control journals IEEE-TAC and
Automatica (including 5 full-length papers). His research
achievements have been recognized with the First Prize in
Natural Sciences from the Ministry of Education, the First
Prize in Natural Sciences from Zhejiang Province, the Second
Prize in Scientific and Technological Progress from Zhejiang
Province, the Outstanding Doctoral Dissertation Award from
the Chinese Association of Automation, and the Outstanding
Paper Award for Young Scientists in Zhejiang Province, among
other honors. Currently serves as Guest Editor for the
international journal IEEE Transactions on Industrial
Cyber-Physical Systems, and as Associate Editor for IET
Control Theory and Applications and the Journal of the
Franklin Institute. Has been invited to serve as a TPC
Member and Associate Editor for multiple academic
conferences, including CCC, ICCA, and IECON. Holds positions
including Member of the Control Theory Professional
Committee of the Chinese Association of Automation, Senior
Member of the Chinese Association of Automation, and Member
of the Positioning and Tracking Professional Committee of
the Information Fusion Branch of the Chinese Society of
Aeronautics and Astronautics.

Jun Song 宋军
Anhui University, China 安徽大学
Bio: Song Jun, a
professor/PhD supervisor in the School of Artificial
Intelligence, Anhui University, and a young scholar of a
national major talent project. He has presided over projects
such as the National Natural Science Foundation of China
general project, Anhui Outstanding Youth Foundation of
China, and major scientific research projects of Anhui
higher education institutions. His main research work is in
the directions of intelligent anti-interference control of
unmanned systems and embodied intelligent robot technology.
He has published 4 academic monographs and more than 40
papers in journals such as Automatica and IEEE Transactions.
He has obtained more than 20 authorized invention patents.
He serves as an IEEE Senior Member, a senior member of the
Chinese Association of Automation, a standing director of
the Anhui System Science Society, a director of the Anhui
Robot Society, and the secretary-general of the organizing
committee of the Anhui Higher Education Institution
Intelligent Robot Creative Competition of China. He is also
an associate editor of SCI journals such as "Asian Journal
of Control" and "Journal of the Franklin Institute". He has
won awards such as the first prize of Anhui Science and
Technology Progress, the second prize of Shanghai Natural
Science, the first prize of Natural Science of the Chinese
Association of Automation, and the excellent doctoral
dissertation award of the Chinese Association of Automation.

Bitao Zhang 张碧陶
Guangdong Polytechnic Normal University, China 广东技术师范大学
Bio: Zhang Bitao is a professor and
master’s supervisor whose research focuses on the
coordinated control theory and applications of robotic
motion control and servo systems. Many of his research
achievements are at the forefront of international
development in the field. He has led numerous national- and
provincial-level key projects, published over 30
high-quality academic papers, and filed more than 60
invention patents. He also has extensive experience in the
commercialization of research. In addition, he serves as a
senior advisor at the Fok Ying Tung Research Institute of
the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology and as
Vice Chairman of the Motor Branch of the Guangdong
Mechanical Engineering Society, among other professional
roles.

张碧陶,教授,硕士生导师,主要从事机器人的运动控制系统及伺服系统的协同控制理论及应用研究,多项研究成果达到国际领先水平,主持多项国家级、省级重点项目,发表高水平论文30余篇,申请发明专利60余件,具有丰富的成果产业化经验,兼任香港科技大学霍英东研究院高级顾问、广东省机械工程协会电机分会副理事长等职务。

Dongdong Yue 岳冬冬

Bio: Dongdong Yue
(Member, IEEE) received the B.S. degree in applied
mathematics from Hefei University of Technology, Hefei,
China, in 2015, and the Ph.D. Degree in control science and
engineering from Southeast University, Nanjing, China, in
2021. He held several academic visit projects to Okayama
Prefectural University in Japan, Delft University of
Technology in the Netherlands, and Hong Kong University of
Science and Technology in China. He is currently an
associate professor with the College of Electrical
Engineering and Control Science, Nanjing Tech University.
Prior to that, he was a Postdoc with the School of
Mathematics, Southeast University and was elected as a
member of 2021 China Postdoctoral Innovation Talent Support
Program. His research interests include distributed adaptive
identification, control, and optimization of complex network
systems.
岳冬冬,副教授,硕士生导师。东南大学博士、博士后,入选2021年度博士后创新人才支持计划。代尔夫特理工大学联合培养博士,香港科技大学、冈山县立大学访问学者。主要研究方向有复杂网络与多智能体系统、自适应控制与系统辨识等。主持国家自然科学基金青年基金、“博新计划”等省部级以上科研项目5项,以第一作者身份在《自动化学报》、《IEEE

ICNSC 2021最佳理论论文奖(排名第一)等。

Huarong Zhao 赵华荣
Jiangnan University, China 江南大学
Bio: Huarong Zhao was a
Phd jointly trained at York University in Canada. He is
currently an Associate Professor and Master's Supervisor in
the School of Automation and Intelligent Science (School of
IoT), Jiangnan University. His research interests primarily
include data-driven control, load frequency control of
microgrids, cooperative control of multiple unmanned surface
vehicles, and connected-vehicle platoon control. He has
presided over several research projects, including the Youth
Project of the National Natural Science Foundation of China,
the Youth Project of the Jiangsu Natural Science Foundation,
and the Jiangsu Youth Science and Technology Talent Support
Project. He has published more than 40 high-level academic
papers in top international journals, including IEEE TIE,
TII, and TNNLS, filed over 10 invention patents, and built
long-term industry-university-research cooperation with
multiple enterprises. He serves as Science and Technology
Deputy of China IoT International Innovation Park and a
member of the Technical Committee on Data-Driven Control
Systems of the Asian Control Association. He also serves as
a Young Assistant Editor for Protection and Control of
Modern Power Systems and Power System Protection and
Control, and as a Young Editorial Board Member for journals
such as Chinese Journal of Ship Research, Scientific
Reports, and Intelligent & Robotics. He has successively won
the Second Prize of the 2022 Science and Technology Award of
the China General Chamber of Commerce, the First Prize of
the 2023 Science and Technology Innovation Award of the
Jiangsu Association for Science and Technology Innovation,
and so forth.
赵华荣,加拿大约克大学联合培养博士,现任江南大学自动化与智能科学学院(物联网学院)副教授、硕士生导师,主要从事数据驱动控制、微电网负荷频率控制、多无人艇协同控制、网联车列队控制等领域研究。他先后主持国家自然科学基金青年项目、江苏省自然科学基金青年项目、江苏省青年科技人才托举工程项目等多项科研课题;在
IEEE TIE、TII、TNNLS 等多家国际权威期刊发表高水平学术论文 40 余篇,申请发明专利 10
余项,与多家企业建立了产学研合作;受聘担任中国物联网国际创新园科技副总、亚洲控制学会数据驱动控制系统技术委员会委员,兼任《Protection
and Control of Modern Power
Systems》《电力系统保护与控制》青年助理编辑,同时担任《中国舰船研究》《Scientific
Reports》《Intelligent & Robotics》等中外期刊青年编委;先后荣获 2022
