Call for Workshops

IRCE 2024 proposals for workshop within the technical scope of the conference. Workshops supplement the regular program of the conference and provide a sample of the state-of-the-art research in both academia and industry in special, novel, challenging, and emerging topics.

Individual workshop presentations are not peer reviewed, and will not appear in the conference proceeding unless specifically requested. If the organizer would like to include workshop papers in conference proceedings, and submit to various abstracting and indexing databases, the workshop papers will have to be evaluated and peer-reviewed as per the same criteria of the regular papers.

Workshop proposals should be submitted by the prospective organizer(s) who will commit to promoting and handling the review process of their workshop as Chairs or Co-Chairs of the event.

Proposals should include the following information:

Title of the workshop

Proposed workshop organizers (names, affiliations and email addresses; identify one person as the primary contact person)

General information of organizers (including: mail address of main contact person, biodata)

Brief description of workshop: objectives, goals, relevance to the conference, and expected outcomes

Proposed workshop duration (half day or full day)
