This track explores the critical transition from traditional automated processes to dynamic autonomous systems, emphasizing the integration of robust mathematical frameworks with emerging computational intelligence. Assoc. Prof. Haibin Wang, Harbin University of Science and Technology, China 王海滨副教授(哈尔滨理工大学)

Biography: Wang Haibin, associate professor, is currently the Party Branch Secretary of the Department of Robotics Engineering and a Master’s Supervisor in the School of Automation. His research primarily focuses on the theoretical aspects of prescribed performance control for dynamic positioning vessels, intelligent unmanned surface vessels cooperative control, and path planning. He has published over 30 academic papers in authoritative core journals such as Ocean Engineering, International Journal of Control, IEEE Transactions on Circuits and Systems II: Express Briefs, and Control Theory & Applications, including 13 SCI-indexed papers. He has also been granted 5 invention patents, with one patent successfully transferred. He serves as a member of the Youth Committee of the Chinese Association of Automation and is a member of the Harbin Inertial Technology Society.
个人简介: 王海滨,副教授,现为自动化学院机器人工程系党支部书记、硕士生导师。主要从事动力定位船预设性能控制、智能无人艇协同控制以及路径规划等理论的相关研究。已在 Ocean Engineering、International Journal of Control、IEEE Transactions on Circuits and Systems II: Express Briefs以及控制理论与应用等权威核心期刊上发表学术论文30余篇,其中SCI收录13篇,授权发明专利5项,实现专利转化1项。现担任自动化学会青年工作委员会委员、哈尔滨惯性学会会员。

 

Assoc. Prof. Mingyang Li, Harbin University of Science and Technology, China 李鸣阳副教授(哈尔滨理工大学)

Biography:Li Mingyang, associate professor and Master's Supervisor, is a Visiting Scholar at Shanghai Jiao Tong University. He serves as a Council Member of the Smart Internet of Things and Control Subcommittee under the IEEE Power & Energy Society (PES) Intelligent Grid and New Technologies Committee (China), a Member of the Youth Working Committee of the Chinese Association of Automation, and a Member of the Swarm Intelligence and Cooperative Control Technical Committee of the Chinese Institute of Command and Control. His primary research focuses on intelligent control technologies for marine vehicles, with both theoretical investigations and applied scientific work. He has published 14 SCI-indexed journal papers (including 8 as first or corresponding author, 4 of which are in JCR Q1 journals) and 5 EI-indexed papers. Additionally, he holds 6 authorized invention patents and 2 utility model patents.
个人简介:李鸣阳,副教授,硕士生导师,上海交通大学访问学者,IEEE PES智能电网与新技术委员会(中国)智慧物联与控制分委会理事、中国自动化学会青年工作委员会委员、中国指挥与控制学会集群智能与协同控制专业委员会委员。主要从事海洋运载器智能控制技术的理论研究和相关科研工作,已发表SCI源期刊论文14篇(其中第一/通讯作者论文8篇,包括中科院一区SCITOP期刊论文4篇),EI检索论文5篇。授权发明专利6项,实用新型专利2项。

 

Dr. Peng Wang, Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, China 王鹏副研究员(南京航空航天大学)

Biography:Wang Peng, Ph.D. in Engineering, is an Associate Research Fellow and Master’s Supervisor at the College of Automation Engineering, Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics. In 2025, he was selected for the Young Talent Support Project of the Chinese Institute of Command and Control (CICC). His research primarily focuses on advanced aircraft swarm planning, cooperative guidance, and safety control. He has presided over several research projects, including the Young Scientists Fund C of the National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC), programs from the China Postdoctoral Science Foundation (under both the Special Funding and the General Program), and open projects from national key laboratories. As the first or corresponding author, he has published more than 20 SCI papers in top-tier journals such as Automatica and IEEE TAC, among other IEEE Transactions journals. He also holds or has applied for over 10 patents.
个人简介:王鹏,工学博士,南京航空航天大学自动化学院副研究员、硕士生导师,2025年入选中国指挥与控制学会青年人才托举工程。主要从事先进飞行器集群规划、协同制导与安全控制研究;主持国家自然科学基金青年项目、中国博士后科学基金(特别资助及面上项目)、全国重点实验室开放课题等多项科研课题;以第一/通讯作者在Automatica、IEEE Transactions on Automatic Control (IEEE TAC)等IEEE汇刊发表SCI论文20余篇,获授权/申请专利10余项。

 

Dr. Xiaodong Shao, Harbin University of Science and Technology, China 邵小东研究员(北京航空航天大学)

Biography: Xiaodong Shao is a Professor at the School of Automation Science and Electrical Engineering and has been recognized as a National-level Young Talent. He is a key member of Prof. Hu Qinglei's research team. His research primarily focuses on fundamental theories and applications in the fields of intelligent autonomous control for aerospace unmanned systems, intelligent perception and safe operation of non-cooperative targets, and cooperative and game-theoretic control of multi-vehicle systems.
He has authored one English monograph and published over 40 SCI papers in prestigious journals in the field, including Automatica, various IEEE Transactions (such as IEEE T-CST, T-AES, T-MECH), and AIAA JGCD, among others. Three of his papers have been listed as ESI Highly Cited Papers, and one has been recognized as a Hot Paper. He holds or has filed for more than 10 national invention patents.
Currently, he leads several research projects, including those supported by the National Natural Science Foundation of China (Young Scientists Fund B & C, General Program) and a stable support project from the State Administration of Science, Technology and Industry for National Defense (SASTIND). He also serves as a core member and sub-project leader in key national research initiatives, such as the National Key Research and Development Program of the Ministry of Science and Technology and Key Programs of the National Natural Science Foundation of China.
个人简介:邵小东,自动化科学与电气工程学院研究员,国家级青年人才。主要从事空天无人系统智能自主控制、非合作目标智能感知与安全操控、飞行器集群协同与博弈对抗等方向的基础理论与应用研究;出版英文专著1部,在Automatica、IEEE汇刊 (包括IEEE T-CST、T-AES、T-MECH等)、AIAA JGCD等领域内重要期刊上发表SCI论文40余篇,其中3篇入选ESI高被引论文;授权/受理国家发明专利10余项,主持国家自然科学基金 (青B、青C、面上)、科工局稳定支持项目等,作为核心骨干参与了科技部重点研发计划项目 (子课题负责人)、国家自然科学基金重点项目等多项。
