As intelligent technologies continue to reshape modern robotics and automation, advances in Perception, Sensing, and Intelligent Systems are playing a pivotal role in enabling machines to understand, interpret, and interact with complex real-world environments. This track focuses on the integration of sensing technologies, computational intelligence, and data-driven methodologies to enhance situational awareness, environmental understanding, and autonomous decision-making. By combining multi-modal sensing with intelligent information processing, it aims to foster innovative research that improves system adaptability, reliability, and human-centered interaction across diverse robotic and cyber-physical applications. Particular emphasis is placed on robust perception frameworks and intelligent systems capable of operating efficiently in dynamic, uncertain, and data-intensive environments.

Prof. Xiuyu Zhang, Northeast Electric Power University, China 张秀宇教授(东北电力大学)
Biodata: Zhang Xiuyu is a
professor/ doctoral supervisor of Northeast Electric Power
University and has been awarded "Professional and technical
talents with outstanding contributions in Jilin Province",
"Top innovative talents in Jilin Province" and "Jilin Youth
Science and Technology Award". He has been engaged in the
research of intelligent control technology of hysteretic
nonlinear systems and its application in precision
manufacturing and energy power fields for a long time. He
has published more than 70 papers in International important
publications and academic conferences, including 18 long
papers in IEEE Transactions and other authoritative
international journals in the field of intelligent control.
He won four provincial and ministerial awards, including one
first prize of Jilin Provincial Science and technology award
with the second finisher, two second prizes of Jilin
Provincial Science and technology award with the first
finisher, and one second prize of Jilin Provincial Science
and technology award with the second finisher.
张秀宇为东北电力大学教授/博导,获评“吉林省有突出贡献的专业技术人才”、吉林省“拔尖创新人才”及“吉林省青年科技奖”。
长期从事滞环非线性系统的智能控制技术及其在精密制造与能源电力领域应用方面的研究工作。在国际重要刊物和学术会议上发表论文
70 余篇,其中 IEEE 汇刊等国际智能控制领域权威期刊上发表长文 18
篇。获省部级奖项4项,包括以第二完成人获吉林省科学技术奖一等奖 1 项,以第一完成人获吉林省科学技术奖二等奖2
项,以第二完成人获吉林省科学技术奖二等奖 1 项。

Prof. Zhi Li, Northeastern University, China 李智教授(东北大学)
Biodata: Dr. Zhi Li is Professor of the State Key Laboratory of Synthetical Automation for Process Industries at Northeastern University, China. He finished his doctorate in Mechanical Engineering at Concordia University, Canada in 2015. He had two postdoctoral research experience at Eindhoven University of Technology, Netherlands and York University, Canada. After that, he was invited as an Alexander von Humboldt Research Fellow to conduct research at University of Magdeburg, Germany. His research focuses on modeling and control of smart materials-actuated mirco/nano positioning systems, advanced mechatronics systems, and motion control. On these topics, he has published 36 journal papers, 15 conference papers, 2 book chapters and 2 patents, and one of his conference papers received T. J. Tarn’s Best Paper Award on Control Applications in the 11th World Congress on Intelligent Control and Automation (WCICA). He is currently serving as Associate Editor for IEEE Transactions on Industrial Electronics.

Prof. Miaolei Zhou, Jilin University, China 周淼磊教授(吉林大学)
Biodata: 周淼磊,吉林大学唐敖庆学者领军教授、博士生导师。 IEEE Senior Member,吉林省中青年科技创新创业卓越人才团队带头人,吉林省先进控制与自主系统科技创新中心副主任,吉林省自动化学会副理事长兼秘书长;中国自动化学会数据驱动控制、学习与优化专业委员会委员;中国自动化学会普及工作委员会委员;中国自动化学会“智能信息系统”科普专家团队副团长;吉林省人工智能学会常务理事;入选吉林大学首批“培英工程计划”。作为项目负责人承担20余项科研项目的研究工作,发表学术论文100余篇,其中第1(通信)作者SCI检索论文60余篇(中科院1区和IEEE汇刊论文30余篇)。 申请发明专利50余项,已授权20余项。获吉林省科学技术奖一等奖2项、二等奖1项。
